Request Description
The Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board (CBNBWB), located in Coos Bay, Oregon, is inviting proposals for the selection and implementation of a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software system. This project aims to modernize the Water Board’s existing SCADA infrastructure by procuring a comprehensive software solution that includes a human-machine interface (HMI), historian, alarm notification, and reporting. The selected system must be capable of supporting the operations of the Water Board’s water treatment and distribution facilities.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) represents the initial phase of a two-part selection process. Qualified vendors will be shortlisted based on submitted proposals and invited to participate in live demonstrations. Following evaluations, one vendor will be selected to proceed with the SCADA software upgrade.
Proposals shall be submitted by ELECTRONIC MEANS ONLY and must be received by the deadline.
