Correction to Itemized Section on North Bend Residents Utility Bills – Total Amount Due is Accurate
The Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board recently identified a software billing error which did not reflect payments made in the itemized section for past-due bills. This caused the next month’s billing cycle to show double charges in several of the itemized categories on the bill. The total amount due reflected on the bill is correct.
This software error affected approximately 65 customers within the City of North Bend. No other Water Board customers were affected by this billing error.
