We've recently upgraded our system to use a new payment processor. As part of this upgrade, customers who have registered and created online bill pay accounts will need to update their payment profile (credit card number[s]). Your payment information remains safe and secure. Beginning February 5, 2019, customers enrolled in Auto-Pay (recurring payments) will begin receiving emails with instructions and a link to update their information. Those with online accounts, but not enrolled in Auto-Pay, will be prompted to update their payment profile after log-in. Customers using Quick Pay and IVR (phone) services are not affected.
